I know it’s a little late in the season for this type of thing, but alas a sporadic growth has occurred! Here is a one page comic I did a couple of weeks back to submit to a local comics zine (which will remain unmentioned for lack of refined tastes).
Hello All,
I finished some pieces that are set to hang at the Community Cultural Exchange here in Philly. The CCE is a non-profit organization here on South Street (706 South St.) who hold all sorts of events, feature artists and musicians, and are generally awesome people devoted to a good idea, which is building community.
I’ve got three pieces that I’ll be hanging, which can be purchased and carried away to grace your homes or where ever else you might want. Original art is a great gift idea! Oops, I’m just saying… Anywho, here they are, I’ll post them framed and hung up soon.

Hey all,
So the wonders of the internet and interconnectivity have made Once Dead a reality. My kickstarter campaign has been fully funded by the smart and savvy people all over the globe and I must extended a gracious hand of thanks to them all. I’ve been studiously packing envelopes and frequenting the post office to get their comics in their hands.
Good news for anyone in Philadelphia too! Once Dead hit the shelves of several comic book stores in center city and south philly this afternoon. You can find the book for the incredibly cheap price of $3 at Atomic City Comics (on south street), Brave New Worlds Comics (in old city), Fat Jack’s (20th & Sansom) and finally South Philly Comics (on E. Passyunk Ave.) So go tell you friends to buy them and help me reach an all-time high of consignment sales (which would be about 10 or more from my last stint a year and a half ago). I will be sending them nationwide in the coming weeks to any store willing to shelf them!
Here’s an image I did for one of my backers that I thought might bring some joy to everyone (I’ll send an 11×17 print to the first person to email me drewpanckeri@gmail.com – who gets the homage):

Also, here’s another image, done for the same reason, but colored for the heck of it :

And finally, here’s a short one page comic that I was preparing to submit to a local comics paper, but decided against in leu of another idea. But hey, might as well share it (click for full size glory!) :

With Love,
Drew

Hello out there across the planet,
I have exciting news, my comic ‘Once Dead’ is beginning to take form. I will be posting my kickstarted campaign to help fund my latest comic and getting it into tangible reality in the coming week or so. I have prepared a little animation to accompany it as well as some stickers, and what not. Everything will be available with a pledge, and also go to a great cause!
My stickers for the comic came in today and have me very excited.. The folks at standoutstickers.com have a great blog with some very nifty photos.. which are as follows..
And here they are, in real life!
I will be launching a microsite, if you will, in the coming week to coincide with the kickstarter campaign and will begin to satisfy your curiosity about this puffy white creature and what in fact, happens when you die.
Much love,
Drew

Hello friends,
Here’s some quality merch done for my cohorts in the band The Atomic Square. They just released a new album and had their cd release at Johnny Brenda’s in Philly. Show them some support and check them out at TheAtomicSquare.com, as well as be their facebook friends and show some internet love! http://www.facebook.com/theAtomicSquare.
Here is a shirt I did for them, which is available where finer merchandise is sold (mainly at their shows) and a postcard which you can pick up for free when you go see them.
The tee shirt comes in a variety of colors, including a very nice maroon, and a black. I think a dark blue too. (Hairy arms not included)
There is also exciting and tantalizing news on the horizon. Come next week I should begin my kickstarter campaign for my newest comic, ‘Once Dead’. I will inform you via this channel with more to come. I’ve done a short animation, and stickers and prints and originals and comics will all be available with your donations! Also! - The opportunity for me to do a custom black and white piece for you! Yes, you! Suggestions are welcome. Excitement is high! Oh boy! More to come shortly!
For now, enjoy the sounds of the Atomic Square and check back sooooon! Or e-mail me – DrewPanckeri@gmail.com and I’ll let you know!
Until the next time!

Here’s a piece I did a while ago that I never posted, it’s called ‘Relics’ and I hope you enjoy it.
As for newsworthy items, I’m getting close to finishing my newest comic entitled ‘Once Dead’. Upon finishing it I will be stirring up some things in my lab. One, possibly a kickstarter program to get the first round of printed versions of the comic. I will be offering up all sorts of awesome give-aways along with it, so please check back or drop me a line at DrewPanckeri@gmail.com and I’ll let you know when it’s up. So far it looks like original art will be offered, prints of my other pieces, stickers and possibly a few sketches. Heaven only knows… So yeah! Check back or e-mail me for news on that. Late August everything should be accumulating.

Greetings,
I have a couple of things to post… one being my newest piece, ‘The Chicken Man’ and another being the latest comic I did for ‘Everyone I Love is Going To Hell’, which is a local zine here in Philadelphia that so graciously allows me to litter their stories with comics. ( http://everyoneiloveisgoingtohell.blogspot.com/ ) If you want a copy of this fine publication please inquire at the greater Philadelphia coffee shops such as : The Red Hook, B2, Gleaners and Biennas.. they will also be landing in select establishments in Brooklyn and San Francisco. Aaand for everyone else, please enjoy it online.
A new comic is in the works and should be coming out soon (how vague). But seriously, should be completed sometime soon and you’ll know it when you see it. Until next time, find me work, find yourself love, and relish in the shortcomings and the successes of it all.
